"The reason why I gave only 4 stars is that at the end of the journey I was taken to a drop off car park situated at half a kilometer from the terminal instead of the drop off from the front of the terminal, the reason being the £3 cost of that car park. Eventually I asked the driver to take us close to the terminal and I will pay the £3 parking ticket. This is not a complaint, I would just suggest you warn the customers about this in the future if the cost of the car park is not included in the initial price. I frequently travel to the airport by taxi and this was the first time when the taxi fare didn't include the drop off at the car park in front of the terminal. No one wants to drag heavy suitcases half a km to an airport terminal just to save £3."
