"Booked taxi for 5:30, driver turned up at 5:55 then shouted at us for being too slow getting into taxi. Ironic.
Rang company questioning where the driver was prior, received a vague answer and then they hung up. Rang again and all we received down the phone was complete attitude.
Online booking was easy & simple, car itself was as described. Shame about the service."
