"The driver had a previous booking at an airport and the customers he was waiting for arrived late on their flight apparently.. not the drivers fault and he was very apologetic but it just meant i arrived at my destination a lot later than planned. I tipped the driver in person so that is why I'm leaving no tip on the site. "
