"The driver turned up 20 mins prior to time which was very good as it allowed time for loading onto minibus. One thing I would say to improve on is communication - maybe live tracking or even just call us to confirm that the driver is on their way as opposed to the customer having to call.
Besides that, excellent service. Looking forward to being collected on our way back too. "
