"Paid for journey a month in advance on the night of my journey had a phone call from a operator of the taxi firm in terrible English saying that due to a computer glitch they wanted to charge me more money for the journey then on the day I also got the surprise I had to pay for the drop off fee at Heathrow as well so not happy with that aspect of the firm on the plus side the cab driver was on time and very good "
